We've stopped having $-èx - PLS HELP

Most relationships go through phases where one or both partners have gone off s-èx, but there is no reason to think that the passion has gone forever. Once a pattern is established of having s-èx infrequently, or not at all, it can be hard to get back to a regular and satisfying love life but taking time to understand why you feel less like making love can hep you get your s-èx life back to how you want it.

Apart from simply getting bored with s-èx or losing the habit of making love, many practical factors can affect your feelings: illness, stress, over-tiredness, children who wake in the night or want to sleep in your bed. If you can identify with any of these, you will need to tackle the root cause before you can work on improving your s-èx life.

KETU FIRE: Lagos State Govt Promises To Help Reconstruct Market

Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola has assured traders at the Ifelodun plank market, Ketu, of his administration’s readiness to support them financially in rebuilding the market which was razed by fire last Thursday.

Fashola, who spoke during an inspection of the market on Sunday, said the incident was unfortunate, adding that his administration was poised to assuage the losses incurred by the traders.
Fashola said it was unfortunate that the traders did not have insurance because it was very important especially in the event of fire or other disasters.
He said, “You traders are part of your problems. You ought to have insurance. All your equipment that got burnt, including the woods, should be handled by insurance companies.
“What we must do if you want me to help is that we must make it compulsory for everybody to have insurance because there is no way people as many as this can work in a place and there won’t be eventualities.
“So, insurance is for situations like this and I use this opportunity to tell traders not affected by the fire to also get insurance because it is not very expensive. That is how it is done worldwide and ours must not be different.”
While responding to questions from journalists, Fashola said it was ridiculous that some people were spreading rumours that government had a hand in the inferno which caused the traders to lose goods and equipment worth millions of naira.

He said, “How can people say such a thing. People can be incredible. In fact, I will not dignify it with an answer.”
The governor also insisted that insurance was good for the traders, adding that if Nigerians could embrace the culture of insurance, it would improve the economy.
He said, “We appeal to all markets and companies that we should insure our businesses, warehouses and inventory of goods. That is what insurance is for. It is insurance companies that the traders should be talking to now and not the government.

Funmi Lawal is the UNILAG law graduate who was diagnosed with malignant sarcoma, a kind of cancer at the shoulder region. We raised money for her on LIB last August...she was the one Don Jazzy donated N2million to. You can read more about her HERE.

Funmi was able, through your kindness, to raise the money she needed for her treatment and went for her surgery in the UK last year. She contacted me today with the news that her surgery was successful but her left arm had to be amputated to save her life. See Funmi's email below. Please read...
I want to thank the people of Nigeria for their donations, I am really grateful. I underwent the surgery at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham. It was done three different times; the 11th, 12th and 18th.
The surgery was very successful, glory be to God that I am alive today and there is no trace of cancer in my body again. But my left hand was amputated because it was the best thing to do in order to save my life and prevent the cancer from spreading.

7 "FATTY" Foods that Can Help You to Get a Flat Stomach (some of these will surprise you!)

These 7 shocking Fatty (but healthy) super-foods can actually help you to burn body fat faster!
by Mike Geary, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist
Author of the best-seller -- The Truth about Six Pack Abs
At this point, the anti-fat propaganda has died and almost everybody understands by now that eating fat doesn't necessarily make you fat.  In fact, it's absolutely imperative to get enough healthy fats in your diet to keep your hormones balanced, blood sugar under control, and prevent cravings.  Here are 7 examples of "fatty" foods that can actually HELP you to get lean...

1.  Super Dark Chocolate (at least 72% cacao content or higher) - It might not be a secret anymore, but yes, dark chocolate (NOT milk chocolate) can be a very healthy food, even though it is technically calorie dense.
However, I would contend that dark chocolate can actually HELP you to burn off more body fat if you're the type of person that has a sweet tooth and likes to eat a lot of desserts.  In this case, just 1 or 2 small squares of dark chocolate can many times satisfy your sweet tooth for only 30 or 40 calories as opposed to 500 calories for a piece of chocolate cake or a piece of pie.

Also some brands of dark chocolate that are in the mid 70's in % cacao content or higher, can have a fairly high ratio of fiber content (I've seen some brands have 5 grams of fiber out of 15 grams of total carbs per serving), and relatively low sugar content compared to the amount of healthy fats.  In fact, that's one of the "tricks" I use to select a good quality chocolate... I look for more total fat than total carbs (or about the same number of grams of each).
