Check out list of Women who are more powerful than Pres. Goodluck Jonathan

Since inception, President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration has been accused of impunity, usually caused by decisions and actions of the President, including those of his ministers and close associates.

Most of the glaring cases of abuse of power including reckless spending of taxpayers’ money have been carried out by the women in Jonathan’s cabinet. These women have proven to be more powerful than the number one citizen of Nigeria because despite public outcries that greet some of their decisions, they go scot-free.

More than 7 foods that age you faster than your age!

In his book, The Antioxidant Prescription, Dr. Bryce Wylde addresses what science has discovered to be the true underlying cause of disease: free radicals. Avoid the damage by keeping these 10 foods and ingredients out of your diet.

1. Fast Food
You don’t need me to go into more detail about fast foods. Avoid ’em

2. Hydrogenated Fats
As we all know by now, these fats must be avoided because they cause heart disease. They’ve been used for years in snack foods, bakery items and margarine. Avoid buying cookies, crackers, baked goods or anything else that has hydrogenated oil or trans-fats on the ingredients list.

3. Olestra
Olestra is a synthetic fat used to make non-fat potato chips and other snacks. You’d think, with all the bad rap fat has garnered, a non-fat fat would be great. But Olestra has been shown to bind with fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D and K and carotenoids—our invaluable antioxidant nutrients—and to eliminate them from the system.

Nigeria, Dubai, Iceland: All Better Bets Than US

Investors who have done well buying U.S. stocks this year could be doing even better with Nigeria.

The Nigerian market, in fact, has outperformed American equities by a large margin, up more than 20 percent this year versus the U.S. gain of a still-respectable 6 percent.

Ditto for Dubai, Iceland, Vietnam and Abu Dhabi. Taken together, the countries form an unlikely quintet that leads the global equity markets and poses opportunities for investors wary of all the stomach-churning turmoil closer to home.
