STRANGE: Father Arrested for Taping 1 yr old daughter's mouth, hands and legs and taking pictures

A father taped up his little daughter, stuck her on a wall, snapped a picture and posted it on Facebook, according to court proceedings.

The young father accused of tying up and putting tape over the mouth of his 22-month-old daughter and then post the photo on his Facebook page, was acquitted on Tuesday of one count of false imprisonment, but the judge said he needed more time to decide on more serious charges of aggravated domestic battery.

Lawyer Sam Adam Jr., who represents Andre Curry, 22, argued that his client was a good father he was being playful and that the child was never in danger. "It was a stupid thing to do, there's no doubt about it," Adam told Judge Lawrence Flood.

Pictures of Illegal Refineries in Bayelsa State

Reuters photographer Akintunde Akinleye recently gained rare access to an illegal oil refinery near the river Nun in Nigeria's oil state of Bayelsa. There, he was able to document the secret and dangerous practice of oil bunkering, where locals hack into oil pipelines, steal the crude oil, and refine or sell it abroad. For over 50 years now, crude oil and natural gas have been extracted from the Niger Delta by large corporations, which have had their share of environmental disasters. The ongoing damage from the tapped pipes and these makeshift refineries continue to take a terrible toll on the environment and the local population.
This is really serious, you need to see the pictures yourself!!

The court heard that Webb told the boy if he told anyone about the texts she would lose her job and that her plumber husband Andy 'had a history of violence', so the youngster would 'end up with no kneecaps.'
Webb started asking the boy to visit her and said he was 'a special boy', said Mr Heptonstall.
