Ambassador Was Wrongly Linked To Late Ebola Victim – LASG



The Lagos State Government yesterday clarified that the Nigerian Ambassador to Liberia, Mrs Chigozie Obi-Nnadozie was wrongly linked to the Ebola victim, Patrick Sawyer, who died in Lagos last Friday after flying into the country from Monrovia.
A statement signed by the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Media, Hakeem Bello, explained that it was the federal government officials working in collaboration with officials of the state government that provided the name of the ambassador as one of the persons, who came into contact with the late Sawyer.

Gov Okorocha chooses singer Adokiye for Youth Ambassador in Imo



This gov & female artists sha...hehe. Months after appointing actor and product Shirley Igwe as his Principal Protocol, he has appointed another female entertainment. Artist and architect Adokiye Kyrian was lately made a youth ambassador in Imo State. The'back Up'crooner can also be be termed as co-ordinator of'The Youth Decides ".Adokiye & her staff flew government private jet during their trip to the Imo state government. Eleven year old Nigerian girl Appointed As Ambassador In Tanzania




Africa's child ambassador, eleven year old Zuriel Oduwole, the Nigerian girl making the global case for educating the continents Girl Child and in the act, re-branding Africa, has been appointed an ambassador by Tanzania's First Lady. Zuriel was in the united states the other day - which was her second county stop on her East African leg to launch the acclaimed Dream Up, Speak Up, Stand Up project aimed at  inspiring/encouraging African girls.

R.I.P: Nigeria's Deputy Ambassador to Switzerland, Bashir Musa, dies at 56



Nigeria’s Deputy Ambassador to Switzerland, Mr Bashir Musa, died on Tuesday April 23rd in Bern following a brief illness, according to the News Agency of Nigeria. He was 56. Bashir Musa was appointed ambassador in 2012, and had previously worked at the Nigerian High Commission in London. May his soul rest in peace...a
