Muslim brotherhood Movement: 15,000 Trek From Katsina To Zaria



A large number of Muslim brotherhood Movement from Zamfara, Kebbi, Sokoto and areas of Katsina State on Saturday began an 83-kilometre trek to Zaria in Kaduna State.  Talking with newsmen at the starting place in Funtua, Katsina State, leader of the exercise, Malam Qasim Sanda, stated that the exercise was to commemorate the martyrdom of the grandchild of Prophet Muhammad, Imam Hussaini ibn Aliyu, who was simply killed in Karbala in the current Iraq.

15,316 Nigerians in various prisons abroad – official



Abuja – No fewer than 15,316 Nigerians are in various prisons abroad, with the largest number of 752 in the UK, Mr Abdulazeez Dankano, the Director, Consular and Immigration Services, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has said.

Dankano on Monday in Abuja said that many of the prisoners were in the Asian-pacific region for drug-trafficking related offences.

WATCH: Catholic Priest, 56, Nabbed Having $-ex With 15-Year-Old Boy



According to reports, a Catholic priest has been arrested for molesting a 15-year-old boy.
Police revealed that 56-year-old Father W. Jeffrey Paulish was caught in the act as they found the boy (who was not wearing pants) in a car on a University campus.

When he was caught, the priest initially said he was orking on his homily on campus when he met the boy, who he said was in emotional distress and needed counseling. Police say he later admitted that he met the teen through the "casual encounters" section of Craigslist.

Paulish also said he asked the boy several times if he was above the age of 18. Paulish was charged with a felony count of involuntary deviate s-exual intercourse as well as unlawful contact with a minor. He was also charged with three misdemeanor counts: indecent contact with a minor, indecent exposure and corruption of a minor

The family of Facebook murder victim Katie Wynter have spoken of their “living hell” – to warn about the dangers of social networking sites.
Katie, a talented young art student, was duped into dating twisted loner Tony Bushby after he created four fake Facebook profiles.
His phoney friends all got to know the shy, church-going 19-year-old online and the messages he sent pretending to be them persuaded her to trust and like him.

Reps Propose N25 Million Fine And 15-Year Jail Term For Yahoo Yahoo Boys



The House of Representatives has proposed heavy penalties for “Computer misuse and Cybercrimes,” with fines ranging from N5m to N25m for offenders. Convicted persons will also serve jail terms ranging from two to 15 years.
Cybercrime is commonly known as Yahoo Yahoo in Nigeria.
The penalties are contained in amendments proposed to the Criminal Code and the Penal Code. The two bills have already passed second reading at the House and are scheduled for public hearing by the House Committee on Justice headed by Mr. Ali Ahmad.

Girl, 15, Beheaded For Refusing Marriage

A teenage girl was beheaded by a relative in northern Afghanistan after she turned down his marriage proposals, according to reports. The victim, named as Gisa, was decapitated with a knife in the Imam Sahib district of Kunduz province on Tuesday, local police said. She is believed to be around 15-years-old.
A police spokesman said two men, named as Sadeq and Massoud, had been arrested following the teenage girl’s murder.
