"I've Not set my eye on Stella Oduah Since 2011",says Former Husband



 
Ex-Minister of State for Works, Chief Chris Ogiemwonyi, is the former husband to embattled Aviation Minister, Princess Stella Oduah.  When they went their separate ways a couple of years ago, having Ogiemwonyi removed as part of her surname became an issue between them. To date, her names could still be gleaned in some publications as Stella Oduah-Ogiemwonyi.

PHOTO: Man Loses left Eye To A Drunken Police GunShot



When Nonso Ozoemena, a 28-year-old man, arrived in Lagos, his plan was to set up a business so that he would be able to support his widowed mother and his seven siblings in Anambra State.
Soon after, he was able to open a restaurant in Trade Fair Complex, FESTAC, and it seemed his dream was coming true.

His expectation was however eroded after a drunken police corporal, Mohammed Abubakar, shot him in the eye. Ozoemena said he was shot in the eye in the FESTAC area on August 5, 2013.

HEARTLESS: Man Poisons Girlfriend’s Drink With Eye Drops



A 27-year-old man was arrested last week Thursday (March 8) for poisoning his girlfriend by spiking her drink with Visine eye drops after a domestic dispute. The incident took place in Grass Valley, California, between Shayne Carpenter and his girlfriend. After an argument, Carpenter spiked his girl’s drink with Visine, the eye drops that purport to “get the red out”, ABC News reports.  He texted his friends about the prank, little did he know how snoopy his girlfriend could be, who found the messages and phoned the cops.

Man Plucks Out Wife’s Eye With Broomstick



A 28-year-old man has been brought before the court here for gouging out his wife’s eye with a broomstick during a domestic dispute while accusing her of infidelity.
The accused, Leonard Kadowonda, a Zimbabwean teacher was sentenced to 10 months’ imprisonment wholly suspended for five years after the complainant filed an affidavit to withdraw the case against him.
The court heard that on June 7 last year the complainant, Babra Samkange (21), was walking home from a nearby primary school in the company of her male friend when her husband spotted her. On arriving home, she was confronted by the husband.
