Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna, wallowed in mind blowing emotional polarity as a 500-level expelled student of the University David Ndako was arrested by the police for Molesting and chopping off the head of a lady while celebrating the New Year on Tuesday in Rafin Yashi area of Bosso town in Niger state.
