Lobatan: PDP chieftains offered me N3bn to impeach Okorocha – Speaker

Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Benjamin Uwajumogu, yesterday made a startling revelation of how the elder brother of the impeached Imo State deputy governor, Chief Martin Agbaso and some chieftains of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, offered him a whopping N3 billion to impeach the state governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha.
Speaking during an interview with selected journalists in Owerri, the Imo State capital, Uwajumogu alleged that Chief Agbaso, a business mogul, Sir Emeka Offor, the PDP National Vice-Chairman, South East, Col. Augustine Akobundu and other high ranking PDP members promised to give him the money if he would facilitate the impeachment of Okorocha to pave way for his deputy, Jude Agbaso, to become the governor.

“Good Luck, Mr. Jonathan. It’s Time To Impeach You” – American Professor

By Joel Brinkley, the Hearst professional in residence at Stanford University and a Pulitzer Prize-winning former correspondent for The New York Times
Just outside President Goodluck Jonathan’s office sat 17 ambulances, just in case he or one of his aides fell ill. They were seldom if ever used.
No actual health care facility nationwide had as many, and in fact a few still have none at all. But as soon as a Nigerian newspaper took a photo of the ambulances and published a story about them, they suddenly disappeared ― probably to an underground garage.

Impeach Goodluck Jonathan Now In The Interest Of Nigerians – Senator Babajide Omoworare.( Do You Agree?)

President Goodluck Jonathan has been decribed as lacking in capacity for governance by the vice chairman of the Senate Committee on Federal Character and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Senator Babajide Omoworare.

Addressing journalists at the National Assembly Complex yesterday, Omoworare (ACN, Osun East) said “the president is not doing enough.

I’ve repeatedly said on the floor of the Senate that I personally have challenges with the president’s capacity to administer Nigeria. He may be a good-natured man, but governing Nigeria takes more than being good-natured.
