 Women advocacy organizations today marched in protest against the crazy pain and sodomization of two Women at Ejigbo over alleged obtaining of pepper. The Women Arise group shown unpleasant clip of the sodomy to participants during the protest and also shown copies of the movie in CD to member of the Lagos State house of Assembly , who were also handed a petition demanding thorough investigation and justice for the influenced women.

Saharareporters has learned of the arrest of all the perpetrators of a bestial torture and sodomy of three women in Ejigbo which happened February last year.  The arrest of the sodomy gang, Saharareporters was reliably informed, happened at the palace of Oba Moruf Adisa Ojoola of Ejigbo earlier today.

The arrest was possible due to immense pressure on  Oba Moruf himself, he reportedly got all the men assembled at his palace around 11pm Saturday night. The gathering of the gang by Oba Moruf followed a closure of the market yesterday, which prevented the market men and women from carrying out their trading activities until the perpetrators were identified and brought to book.

The next and youngest victim of the OPC people who tortured 3 peppers vendors in the Ejigbo section of Lagos for apparently taking pepper, is advocating the dealth penalty for the suspects have been caught lately, Stations TV, reports after the break.

Nollywood Celebrities take to the street Against Domestic Violence & Jungle Justice (Pics)

Nollywood actors and actresses, mostly from the Yoruba-speaking side of the Nigerian movie industry today marched against domestic violence and jungle justice in Nigeria. The home movie makers took school children along with them, demonstrating that children have prominence for future and should be properly treated. 

They scold parents/guardians to desist from abusing their children/wards. While calling on government to be more pro-active on policy initiation and implementation to protect women and children. The protesters condemned jungle justice, citing the case of sodomy of three women who were tortured and sodomized for allegedly stealing pepper at Ejigbo market. More pictures after the break.

Man steals goat, stabs father to death for not defending him

CALABAR —  A 21-year-old man,  Samuel Eyo Nsa, has stabbed his  78-year-old father, Chief Eyo Nsa, to death at Eseko village, Creek Town in Odukpani Local Government Area of the state.

His reason: the late father allegedly  refused to defend him after he was caught stealing a neighbour’s  goat.

The incident happened on Children’s Day when Samuel decided to celebrate the day with a goat stolen from a neighbour, Otobong Matthew, with  which he prepared pepper soup to entertain his friends.
