Police detectives attached to #Ebonyi State Police Command on 14th July, 2014 safely rescued two kidnapped sisters (ages 9yrs and 7yrs, names withheld) from their abductor at Ugoeze village, Effium. Victims were kidnapped from Ijebu-Ode, #Ogun state on 8th July, 2014 by Kingson Asiegbu ‘m’ 27yrs old who moved them to Ebonyi state from where he made a call to their parents to demand for ransom. The said Kingson Asiegbu was arrested during the rescue operation and taken into custody; investigation is ongoing.
