Peaceful protestor Brian Summer was assaulted by highway patrol during a peaceful protest which was calling for President Obama’s impeachment. The rally was held near Highway 41 & Shaw Fresno, California. The assault immediately sparked concerns over severe violation of Mr Summer's First Amendment liberties. More specifically, human rights advocates assert that the police officers have of the inalienable freedom of all American citizens to redress grievances. (VIDEO)
