A young mentally challenged woman caused a stir in Aba, Abia State at the weekend when she gave birth to a set of female twins on a heap of refuse and stoned one to death before the police were invited. DailySun reports an unknown person impregnated the woman, in her mid 20s and whose name could not be ascertained as at press time, late last year. Sources said that in the wee hours of Saturday, she gave birth to two girls without any assistance on top of a heap of garbage close to an AGIP filling station at Alaoji, along the Ikot Ekpene Road, near Aba.
