Speaking at a press briefing yesterday at the national headquarters of the party, PDP publicity secretary Olisa Metuh said the action of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) was constitutional and followed precedence, citing provisions of the party’s constitution and previous happenings in the party to buttress his point.
