Rivers state Police Commissioner Joseph Mbu redeployed




The Police Service Commission has announced removing the Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, Joseph Mbu. The controversial officer has been posted to the Federal Capital Territory. He is likely to be replaced by Johnson Ogunsakin, the commissioner in control of the Special Fraud Investigations Unit in Lagos.  The PSC also announced the redeployment of many commissioners, these to take effect immediately.
