According to a recent study, faces change from hour to hour, with most people looking best in the morning right before they wake up. Researcher Anthony Savva says that during the night people go through the golden hours of sleep, which is when their body detoxes itself and absorbs any moisturizer that they have put on the night before if any. As the day progresses, exposure to sunlight, pollution, air conditioning, etc. affects the skin. Due to these external factors, as well as to post-lunch sugar slump our faces look most haggard between 4 and 5 pm which researches call the "ugly hour".

Big Microsoft Spying On you?
Microsoft cooperated with the US intelligence services so they could access emails, including Hotmail, and listen in on Skype video calls, the Guardian’s series of reports claims. The paper has cited a number of documents, it said to have obtained from Edward Snowden, the NSA leaker who is still trapped at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport.
The secret reports cite the NSA saying “this new capability will result in a much more timely collection response” and that its “success is the result of the FBI working for many months with Microsoft to get this tasking and collection solution established.”
Microsoft was reportedly allowing agents to circumvent its own encryption system to spy on email and chats.

WOOLWICH KILLING: DOES IT MAKE ANY SENSE TO YOU ? ( A MUST READ)
Some things just don’t add up when it comes to the Woolwich killing. There are certainly more questions than answers. Let us examine the facts. An off-duty British soldier by the name of Lee Rigby was walking down the street in the charming and peaceful London suburb of Woolwich. All of a sudden, and out of the blue, he was randomly selected and run over by a car which was being driven by two young black men.
After they hit him to the ground with the car the two young men jumped out of it, armed with machetes, knives, a rusty old pistol and a meat cleaver, and in a deep and uncontrollable frenzy amidst shouts of ”Allahu Akbar”, proceeded to take his precious life by carving him up, mutilating him, butchering him and beheading him in full public glare. This all happened barely 100 metres away from Rigby’s Army Barracks home. The attack began at 2.30 pm whilst the soldier gave up the ghost at approximately 3.00pm on a four-point inter-section roundabout and crossroads.

My colleague broke up with his girlfriend and when I asked him what happened, he told me sex with her was a bore, that he wanted to try something new.
When my boyfriend and I broke up, the first question my brother asked me was 'weren't you giving him good head?'

A shocking video emerged on Monday February 4th of a woman going on a rant to patients in a hospital waiting room. The two-minute clip, filmed on Saturday night at Ipswich Hospital in Suffolk, saw the woman shout abuse at Nigerian student Gina Thompson, 23 (pictured above), and her 21-year-old Spanish friend.
The woman asked them ‘where do you come from’ before saying: ‘You're coming over here and you're pleading poverty. We are paying taxes you a***holes and we are going down in this crisis.

At this point, the anti-fat propaganda has died and almost everybody understands by now that eating fat doesn't necessarily make you fat. In fact, it's absolutely imperative to get enough healthy fats in your diet to keep your hormones balanced, blood sugar under control, and prevent cravings. However, I would contend that dark chocolate can actually HELP you to burn off more body fat if you're the type of person that has a sweet tooth and likes to eat a lot of desserts. In this case, just 1 or 2 small squares of dark chocolate can many times satisfy your sweet tooth for only 30 or 40 calories as opposed to 500 calories for a piece of chocolate cake or a piece of pie.Also some brands of dark chocolate that are in the mid 70's in % cacao content or higher, can have a fairly high ratio of fiber content (I've seen some brands have 5 grams of fiber out of 15 grams of total carbs per serving), and relatively low sugar content compared to the amount of healthy fats. “It is stupidity to spend your last penny buying your pastor a jet” – Nollywood actor, Mr. Ibu. Do you Agree?
Popular comic actor, John Okafor, more popular as Mr. Ibu, had waded into the debate about pastors owing private jets and living lavish lifestyles.
Mr. Ibu took to his Facebook page to express his opinions, and called people who donate their last penny to fund the purchase of private jets, as ‘stupid’.
“STUPIDITY is when you don’t have a bicycle and you give your last penny to your pastor to buy a jet…….” he wrote.
“IGNORANCE is when you believe it when your pastor tells you not to live a worldly life, yet he enjoys all the best things in the world;the fine houses, cars, jets, babes etc, while you
are waiting till you get to heaven to enjoy your own….”
He ended his post with: “Stop worshiping your pastors!!! Stay focused on Jesus The author and finisher of your Faith.And learn to study the word .#Somebody shout halleluyahhhhhh”
