First they came for the Nazis and pedophiles…

First they came for the Communists

And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist
Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist
Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist
Then they came for the Jews
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew
Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me
Martin Niemöller (1892–1984)
I have to begin this analysis by asking for your understanding for the fact that it will include a lot of full-length quotes.  Under normal circumstances, I would have simply provided links, but considering the topic I will be discussing, and how some things suddenly “disappear” on the Internet, full-length quotes is probably the best option.  The topic I want to deal with is the brutal crackdown on free speech by the AngloZionist Empire by means of its ‘loyal corporations’.

Israeli Media: Israel is Defeated in Syria

“As far as Syria is concerned, I think Israel has been defeated”, said the Arab affairs analyst on Israel's TV station Channel Two.

“In the Syrian civil war, many people and different parties lost, but the most prominent one among them is Israel...I know I say very harsh words, but I had them on my mind for months, maybe more”, said the Israeli analyst.

Pentagon makes a 20-year plan, while Washington outsources its color revolution

by Scott Humor and the Kulak
“Nevertheless, we do not lose our hope that the voice of reason will sooner or later prevail, and that our American colleagues will be aware of the futility and detrimental nature of further sliding down the spiral of sanctions.

“In the meantime, we are beginning to work out the inevitable response to this situation.”

Trump’s new commitment to continue the war in Afghanistan comes as a shock, after all the Americans had voted to stop Washington’s wars around the world.  As a punishment, they are being treated to an artificially created civil conflict, while the deep state continues to use the US infrastructure, financial and human capital and military to pursue its doctrine of perpetual war.

Trump and American History Have Been Assassinated

by Paul Craig Roberts
When Trump was elected I wrote that it was unlikely that he would be successful in accomplishing the three objectives for which he was elected—peace with Russia, the return home of offshored US jobs, and effective limits on non-white immigration—because these objectives conflicted with the interests of those more powerful than the president.

Fighting Neo-Nazis and the Future of Free Expression

In the wake of Charlottesville, both GoDaddy and Google have refused to manage the domain registration for the Daily Stormer, a neo-Nazi website that, in the words of the Southern Poverty Law Center, is “dedicated to spreading anti-Semitism, neo-Nazism, and white nationalism.” Subsequently Cloudflare, whose service was used to protect the site from denial-of-service attacks, has also dropped them as a customer, with a telling quote from Cloudflare’s CEO: “Literally, I woke up in a bad mood and decided someone shouldn’t be allowed on the Internet. No one should have that power.”

Macron, Ike Turner and the psychology of marrying your alleged rapist

by Ramin Mazaheri
It seems as if America’s media spends far more time speculating about Donald’s Trump’s psychological issues than discussing anything which could actually help the average household be able to afford a new car, which a new study reveals the average family can no longer do.
(FYI: I bought my used car entirely with 1- and 2-euro coins I saved up over 6 years, so that should tell you how great my car is and what I can afford….)
Based on what I see on Facebook, the average American Democrat has popped off about Trump’s psychological issues with enough virulence that a single libel attorney could buy a fleet of Ferraris, were libel prosecutions to increase.

GTBank reversed about ₦1Mln without my consent !

The financial hegemony (The Big Banks) is what is forcing most people to trying  an alternative form of banking with which they feel even much safer and have 100% control over their money. Many may have lost huge amount of money via this main stream bank which does anything it likes without being checked. GTbank has done it again. We managed to speak to a victim that was recently scammed off his money by this big bank.

Eric Prince offers Pentagon a way out of Afghanistan

by Baaz
On Monday, the US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson spoke about the Trump administration’s views on the war in Afghanistan.  Tillerson said:
·         We’ve had now three sessions within the National Security Council exploring a full range of options. And when I say a full range of options, I mean the entire landscape… I think this is reflective of the deliberations that we want to undertake. The President is asking, I think, some very, very pointed questions, and they are good questions. They were the right questions that he should be asking, and perhaps these are questions that no one’s been willing to raise in the past.

Russia expels American diplomats and intelligence operatives

by Scott Humor
In the last days of 2016, one couldn’t do enough to avoid announcements of 35 Russian diplomats being expelled from the US and Russian government-owned property being seized.
Every five minutes on every channel, there was footage of people burdened with children and suitcases waiting on wet tarmac for a plane to pick them up, because they weren’t allowed to remain inside the airport building.
Also, there was the same, it seemed, footage of a modest red three-story turn of the century waterfront house with a simple garden bench near water, that was inevitably referred to by every US and EU channels as a “Russian secret services center” despite the notable absence of any satellite antennas so prevalent around the American Embassies all over the world, in Ukraine, for example, or in Venezuela.

Don’t Cry For Me Venezuela

by Jimmie Moglia
According to the great Dr. Johnson, “Men can be estimated by those who know them not, only as they are represented by those who know them.” An unavoidable universal contingency – for, indeed, we don’t know most of the people we judge. And the same, but for a few much-travelled individuals, applies to nations.
We also know that “on the tongue of Rumor, continual slanders rise, stuffing the ears of men with false reports.”

First time in History: Bitcoin Value Skyrockets to New Record-Breaking $1,700

Accordin to BuyBtcoInNigeria For the first time in history, bitcoin has topped $1,700 in value. This is a 85-percent gain in the cryptocurrency in 2017, and a 43-percent gain in value in only one month.

Since May 2016, market capitalization on bitcoin has nearly quadrupled, from $7.16 billion in May 2016 to $27.9 billion today.

Major drivers of the trend were Japan allowing bitcoin to become legal tender in the Land of the Rising Sun (albeit with lots of oversight), and Russia's announcement that they'd rule on cryptocurrency legality in 2018.

Serbia’s Post-Electoral Protest Was A Charade

by Stephen Karganovic
Just as a week ago we speculated might happen, Serbia’s mass anti-regime protests, which started as if on cue the day after the apparently “not so free and unfettered” April 2 Presidential election, have now abated significantly, but without any obvious public reason.[1] None of the protesters’ objections (many of them legitimate and sensible) were seriously entertained by the authorities. If we take the Easter weekend as the watershed separating daily mass protests involving tens of thousands in twenty cities and towns across Serbia from post-holiday crowds, shrunken to barely one or two hundred, one must wonder: what changed over that weekend? Did thousands of former dissidents suddenly get religion, decide to turn the other cheek to the regime, and stay at home? Or was there from the beginning of these “spontaneous” protests more to it than met the eye?

Syrian Republican Guard: History And Capabilities

The Syrian Republican Guard was established in 1976 as an elite force within the Syrian Arab Army essentially as an internal security force intended to protect senior government officials from attacks by anti-government insurgents and also to serve as a check on possible “Bonapartism” within the SAA. Since its establishment, it has enjoyed privileged access to funding and resources.  Initially consisting of three mechanized brigades, each with a tank battalion and two or three mechanized battalions, its strength was later expanded through the addition of a separate tank battalion, three airborne and/or commando brigades, and two security regiments which provide bodyguards to senior officials including the President.  The Republican Guard is staffed by two-year draftees drawn from all over Syria, though it also contains a large number of volunteers serving in key leadership positions.  At full strength, the Republican Guard had some 25 thousand troops, though due to the wartime attrition, they are almost certainly lower. The Republican Guard has tended to be among the first units to receive the newest equipment, such as the T-72 MBTs.

US Commited a ‘Blatant Agression’ Act Against Syrian Army Base – General Staff

Syrian General Staff called the recent US strike on Ash Sha’irat military airfield near Homs in Syria a ‘blatant agression’ act aimed against Syrian Army.  The Syrian Defense Ministry also added that this strike puts the US as an ally of such terrorist groups as Daesh and Jabhat Fatah al Sham (formerly known as the al-Nusra Front).  The US launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles at the Syrian military airfield in Ash Sha’irat near Homs late Thursday. US President Donald Trump said the attack was a response to the alleged chemical weapon use in Idlib on Tuesday, which Washington blames on Damascus.

Russia Suspends Memorandum With US on Flight Safety in Syria – Foreign Ministry

Russia has suspended its memorandum of understanding on air safety over Syria with the United States following the deadly US missile attack on the Sha’irat airfield, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Friday.

“Russia suspends the memorandum on the prevention of incidents and ensuring air safety during operations in Syria reached with the US,” the ministry said in a statement.

Putin Considers US Attack in Syria Aggression Against Sovereign State – Kremlin

The United States’ missile strikes on a military airfield in Syria violates international law and represents an act of aggression against a sovereign state under a far-fetched pretext, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday.

MOSCOW— The US launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles at the Syrian military airfield in Ash Sha’irat near Homs late Thursday. US President Donald Trump said the attack was a response to the alleged chemical weapon use in Idlib on Tuesday, which Washington blames on Damascus.

“President [Vladimir] Putin regards the US attacks on Syria as an aggression against a sovereign state in violation of the norms of international law, and under a trumped-up pretext at that,” Pesov told reporters.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also sees the latest US missile strikes on a military airfield in Syria as an attempt to distract from the mounting civilian casualties in Iraq, the Kremlin added.
“Putin also sees the attacks on Syria by the US as an attempt to divert the international community’s attention from the numerous casualties among civilians in Iraq.”

The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) had confirmed that Syrian armed forces do not possess chemical weapons, the Kremlin cited Russian President Vladimir Putin as saying Friday while warning of the danger of ignoring terrorist use of chemical weapons.
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said in a statement after the US attack that there were no discussions or prior contacts between the United States and Moscow ahead of the missile strike on the Syrian base.

“The fact of the destruction of all chemical weapons stockpiles has been recorded and confirmed by the OPCW, a specialized UN unit,” Peskov told reporters.
“At the same time, in Putin’s opinion, total disregard for the use of chemical weapons by terrorists only drastically aggravates the situation,” Peskov said.

US decision to Strike Syria was made Ahead of Idlib Chemical Attack, Used as Pretext to show Force – Russian Foreign ministry

US attack in Syria is nothing else than a show of force, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday. The decision to attack Syria was made ahead of Idlib chmical incident, used as a pretext for this demonstration of strength.

The US missile strikes on Syria airfield os a clear act of aggression against sovereign Syria, the Russia Foreign Ministry said. It is obvious that the US missile attack in Syria was prepared “in advance,” the Russian Foreign Ministry stated. “It is clear that the decision to conduct the strike [in Syria] was made in Washington before the incident in Idlib, which was used as a pretext for this demonstration of strength,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

The US missile attack on the Sha’irat airfield in Syria further degrades Russian-US relations, the Russian Foreign Ministry added. “The actions taken today by the US further destroy Russian-US relations,” the ministry said in a statement. The United States launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles at the Syrian military airfield in Ash Sha’irat near Homs late Thursday. US President Donald Trump said the attack was a response to the alleged chemical weapon use in Idlib on Tuesday, which Washington blames on Damascus.

“Without bothering to figure anything out, the US moved toward a demonstration of strength, to military resistance against a country that is fighting international terrorism,” the ministry said.

Daesh Militants Attacked Syrian Army Positions Simultaneously With US Strike

Daesh (banned in numerous countries) terrorist fighters had attacked the Syrian armed forces at the same time and in the same vicinity as the US missile strike on its airfield near Homs, an informed source told Sputnik on Friday.

The source said the terrorists launched an attack on a Homs-Sha’irat stretch of highway at around 23:00 GMT and held their territory for over an hour until the arrival of reinforcements.
“Is it a coincidence that the IS [Daesh] fighters attacked one of the defensive positions of the Homs-Palmyra route simultaneously with the US attack on Sha’irat?” the source said.

News In Nigeria

Mark Twain once said that there are two forces that can carry light to all corners of the world – sun and Associated Press.  Today, we can argue about ‘light’ in news, which tell us about horrible things happening all over the world. In better case, there is an opportunity to hear something close to positive at the end to let people feel less hopeless. Nevertheless, humans need to know news, at least to understand the world they live in.

Long ago, people found out news thanks to some nomads or other travellers. And it was really good, considering that no other source of information was available. However, these stories were retold by people or retold by someone hundreds of times. What was the chance that a person heard a true or at least the initial version of a story? Moreover, people didn’t travel as fast in those days. So-called news was delivered in weeks or months after an event happened.

And what do we have nowadays? Even the diversity of sources letting find out what is going on is huge, not even to mention the diversity of news. The newspaper is the traditional one. Some say newspapers are going to disappear someday, but it doesn’t sound like truth. The argument may be naïve, but if they still exist, it means that people need printed press. Maybe, in latter amounts, but they still do.
TV is more interactive. You don’t have to read, but receive a picture and sound instead. It can be even a relaxing activity if news aren’t scary or depressive.

News In Nigeria
Finally, the Internet. Among its numerous functions and advantages, cognitive function is one of the basic ones. The Internet was always meant to keep people connected – with each other and with the world.

Why Hillary Clinton is a bigger concern for China than Donald Trump

by Pepe Escobar for The South China Morning Post
So you think Donald Trump is the biggest threat to world peace? And Barack Obama engineered America’s “pivot to Asia”?
It was actually Hillary Clinton, emphasising the necessity of a “strategic turn” for the United States, who launched the pivot to Asia in an October 2011 article titled “America’s Pacific Century”. The tone was martial: “Our military is by far the strongest and our economy is by far the largest.” The South China Sea duly featured: “Half the world’s merchant tonnage flows through this water”. Informed observers didn’t need a manual to spot Clinton’s subtle cue alerting them to the danger of China’s “nine-dashed line”.
