Marking the sixtieth anniversary of the August 19, 1953 coup d'état in Iran, the US National Security Archive has posted recently declassified CIA documents concerning the United States' role in the coup. It took the agency 60 years to admit what had been an open secret for any observer. Now one may only wonder how long will it take the CIA to admit its role in other turbulent events of recent years, when governments were toppled, installed and once again toppled due to what appeared to be spontaneous mass protests, but in fact were orchestrated from the same place as the 1953 coup in Iran.

PDP Or APC; Nigeria Must Progress

There are various write ups flying in the air, it baffles me when parties are challenging each other unnecessarily just to make one look inferior than the other. Can't we just be matured in our thinking and handle issues appropriately?

Adoyi Ali said and I quote in an article titled Why APC will fail:
"Nigerians at different quarters have said that they need straight forward leaders who spell it out exactly the way it is. Nigerians need leaders who mean well for the country and definitely not leaders that pick on very flimsy issues as criticisms against its own government."

Story Of A Man That Refuse To Die: Survives After Being Shot 5 TIMES In The Head in Imo -

The shout of alleluia is resounding in the home of Mr. Alex Anosike, an engineer, who miraculously cheated death after gunmen shot him six times – five shots in the head and one on the shoulder.  But for divine providence, Anosike’s family, pastor and members of his church would today be in deep grief. Anosike’s close shave began on July 21 shortly after service at the pentecostal church where he is a member, when some other members reported to the pastor that they had seen two strange young men in one of the uncompleted buildings within the compound of the church located in Naze Extension in Owerri North Local Government Area, Imo State.
