Music video director Aswad Ayinde jailed 90 yrs for fathering 6 kids with his own daughters
Music video director Aswad Ayinde, 55, who won an MTV award for directing The Fugees' 'Killing Me Softly' in 1996, has been sentenced to 90 years in prison for repeatedly raping his six daughters and fathering six children with them. *spits out* how disgusting is this guy?
Aswad Ayinde is accused of raping his daughters to create a "pure" bloodline, fathered six kids with them from the mid-1980s to 2002 - and delivered the babies himself, the court heard during his trial last Friday

Goldie Harvey's Death: Official Kennis Music Press Release
Nigerian Lady Gaga as so many called her Just went to the land of No Return. What a shocker, she was at the Grammys Award few days ago in LA, came back to Nigeria and she kicked the Bucket. Cause of her death is Unknown, May she rest in Peace.

She was rushed from her Park View, Ikoyi, Lagos residence to her official hospital, Reddington, Victoria Island, Lagos, where doctors pronounced her dead on arrival at exactly 7:30pm in the evening.

Choirmaster Guilty Of Molesting Music Student 30 Years Ago
A respected choirmaster is convicted of s*xually abusing a former pupil – who is thought to have killed herself during the trial. The woman at the centre of s*x abuse allegations involving top choirmaster Michael Brewer killed herself during the trial, it has been revealed.
The body of violin teacher Frances Andrade, 48, was found at her home less than a week after she gave evidence against Michael Brewer at Manchester Crown Court. Brewer, a former National Youth Choir music director, and his ex-wife were found guilty on five counts of indecently assaulting the former music student more than 30 years ago.

NBC Denies Banning Music Videos After P'Square Lashes Out
The Nigerian Broadcast Commission, NBC, and National Films and Video Censors Board, NFVCB, on Monday denied banning the broadcast of some musical videos by Nigerian artistes.
Mrs Maimuna Jimada, the Acting Public Relations Officer of the Commission, disclosed in Abuja that the commission was not aware of the ban.
According to her, NBC was not in charge of banning musical videos. “NBC has not banned any videos as we are not in-charge of placing a ban on music videos.”

One of the wives of music icon King Sunny Ade, Hon Risikat Ajoke Adeniyi Adegeye is back in the Lagos House of Assembly, not as a lawmaker, but as one of commissioners representing Badagry in the newly constituted Lagos House of Assembly Service Commission. Mrs Adegeye was a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly from 2007-2011, representing Amuwo Odofin area of the State.
