 Ex-House of Representatives member now anti-corruption crusader, Dino Melaye, has been re-arrested today according to Saharareporters. Mr Melaye was arrested two weeks ago at a rally in Abuja which he organized against the Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, concerning her part in the ongoing N255 million scandal in the Ministry. He was extracted from his office today by police officers after his home was searched. Mr. Melaye probably will face charges, centered on a copy of his arrest warrant obtained by Saharareporters that you will find it after the break..

A post on Dino Melaye twitter handle suggests that he has been released. When asked by a number of his twitter followers and fans on his released, he simply answered ‘yes'to the question.  Dino Melaye, has been arrested by men of the Nigerian Police Force after a protest in Abuja.
According to reports, the police in Abuja on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, arrested the Executive Director, Anti-Corruption Network, Dino Melaye, after the former House of Representatives member led pro-democracy activists on a protest, calling for the removal of the Minister of Aviation, Ms. Stella Oduah, over the armoured car scandal.

Ex-lawmaker Dino Melaye escapes assasination in Abuja today

Former House of Reps member and actress Bisi Ibidapo Obe's alleged baby daddy, Dino Melaye, this evening escaped an assassination attempt on his life in Abuia.

He was attacked in Abuja City's Central Business District by unknown gunmen as he made his way home. His car was shot at but fortunately he wasn't hit. (His car pictured above).

The men who shot at the former lawmaker were driving in a Golf car.
