Davido's Bodyguard Throw Punches and bottles In A Club , A few Injured, Property Damaged!



 Davido was, last week-end, involved with a club fight that presumably left about 7 people hurt, with property damaged.

In accordance with an eye fixed watch, her tweets keep on following the break, Davido and his bodyguards choose to go to party at Nu Grotto evening club, Victoria Island, after performing at the #Colourfulworldofmore concert held at Eko Lodge and Suites.

₦33bn police pension Fraud: EFCC gets court order to seize suspects’ property



ABUJA—A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, yesterday, cleared the way for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to freeze the illicit property of two of the prime suspects in the looting of the Police Pension fund to the tune of about 33 billion. The two suspects to lose their property scattered in many locations in Lagos and Abuja, are Atiku Abubakar Kigo and Uzoma Cyril Attang, who are alleged to have used the stolen funds to acquire the assets.

Man kills his partner, then hangs himself at their property in Ondo state ( SAD)



A 47 year-old father of five, Lateef Jimoh, yesterday Friday 7th stabbed his wife Olufunmilayo Amudat to death at their Omoniyi Estate home in Akure, Ondo state. The former banker turned taxi driver committed suicide by hanging himself shortly after the killing. Neighbours disclosed that the court had dissolved the couple's 16-year-old marriage just fourteen days ago and that Funmilayo who was simply a trader came to pack her belongings when she was murdered by her husband who'd begged her not to leave him but she refused. Among the children of the deceased discovered the gruesome scene after returning from school and raised an alarm. Both bodies were taken fully to the Ijapo police station after some men from the Deji of Akure's palace brought down the dangling body and the rope, having conducted some appeasement rites. Five children now orphans. Sad!

Ojukwu’s property: Court strikes out N140m suit against Bianca



Justice Adedayo Oyebanji of a Lagos High Court yesterday struck out three separate suits filed by Ojukwu Transport Limited against Bianca Odumegwu Ojukwu, the widow of the late Biafran warlord, Chief Emeka Odumegwu- Ojukwu and two unknown persons.
Specifically, Bianca was sued in respect of a two-storey detached house located at No 29 Queens Drive, Ikoyi Lagos. Oyebanji struck out the suits following a Notice of Discontinuance dated February 5 filed by the claimant’s lawyer, Ike Ubahakwa.
The court also struck out two other suits (LD/1681/12 and LD/1682/12) filed against unknown persons occupying two separate properties of the firm, following two separate Notices of Discontinuance filed by the claimant. Oyebanji ruled that “pursuant to the notice of discontinuance dated February 5, 2013, this suit is hereby struck court.”

Ojukwu’s property: Court rejects Bianca’s demand for cost



A Lagos High Court judge, Justice Funmilayo Atilade, yesterday refused a request made by Bianca Odumegwu- Ojukwu, the widow of the late Ikemba of Nnewi, Chukwuemeka Odimegwu- Ojukwu, asking the court to award cost against one of the defendants, Mrs. Massey Udegbe (doing business under the name of Massey & Company.)
Bianca had in the suit, filed on behalf of her two under-aged children, Afamefuna and Nwachukwu (claimants), wants the court to declare that her children are entitled to the possession and occupation of the property known as No 29, Oyinkan Abayomi Street, Ikoyi Lagos, until the harmonisation of the management and administration of the assets of the first defendant.
