Boko Haram bomb police station, bank, court in Jigawa state

Boko Haram sects yesterday April 9th bombed a police station, a bank and a Sharia Court in Gwaram Sabuwa, Gwaram LGA of Jigawa State killing at the 4 policemen, one civilian, with quite several others sustaining various levels of injury.

Based on eye witnesses, the men, about 20 in number came in motorcycles and other vehicles, operated from 1am to 2am unhindered. They later told the villagers that they'd be back again if they continue sending their children to school, operating football viewing centres and  accepting polio vaccines.

An American woman in Virginia spent the night in prison after she appeared there with no clothes on.
26-year-old Maura Fussell is said to have showed up at the Arlington County jail drunk and naked.
Mrs Fussell insisted on seeing her husband who had been arrested earlier the same day in Clarendon. Police officers were said to have told her to get dressed and they even offered to get her a taxi to take her home but she refused.  She was then arrested and charged for indecent exposure and being drunk in public.
