Outrageous: Video of a Man Shot Dead After Police Ordered him to Put his gun down.

MAN IS SHOT DEAD AFTER POLICE ORDERED HIM TO PUT DOWN HIS GUN

If you look closely at the suspect, he is in fact obeying the orders when the police men  simultaneously shot him dead as he was placing his rifle on the ground.
