The set of the 2013 highest paid stars on the planet has been released by Forbes and Madonna reigns supreme. The Lady surpassed singer Lady Gaga and frequent rockers Bon Jovi while the highest-paid guitarist in 2013. See the utmost 10 best paid (from July 2012-June 2013) below..

1. Madonna - $125 million
2. Lady Gaga -  $80 million
3. Bon Jovi - $79 million
 4. Toby Keith - $65 million
5. Coldplay - $64 million.
6.  Justin Bieber - $58 million
7. Taylor Swift - $55 million
8. Elton John - $54 million
9. Kenny Chesney - $53 million
9. Beyonce - $53 million (tie)

Forbes just released its World's Most Powerful People list and put Russian president Vladamir Putin before US president Barack Obama.  Additionally they said Dangote is stronger than President Goodluck Jonathan. Dangote was placed 64th most powerful person on earth, Jonathan didn't make the list. See the rest after the break.

Forbes Africa denies releasing Nigeria's Top 20 Richest Men list

There was a top 20 Richest Men in Nigeria list that made the rounds online last week purportedly released by Forbes. I'm sure some of you saw it. I didn't put it up because I searched Forbes' website and didn't find it there. I eventually found the originator of the list - a blog called Strategic Business Team. Anyway, Forbes Africa wanted to clear the air and have released a statement. Find it after the break.
