A middle-aged cyclist was on Friday crushed to death by a tipper along SCC road, New market, Bwari in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). An eyewitness, Nuhu Aliyu, said the accident occurred around 4:30pm. He said the cyclist was crushed to death on the spot, while the person he was carrying was taken to the hospital.
