How many of you web users in Nigeria have looked into the planned Cyber-Crime bill which is on the table of house of rep in Nigeria ?
For insulting some body on the web, you may get a 5year jail term. Just Like that, are they for real ? I do not understand why that government isn't concentrating on crucial things. They're today wanting to trap down the wings of media web sites, websites, readers/commenters and people of bill in to law. Where is freedom of speech, flexibility and expression?
