The Russian Foreign Ministry reports that the ministers continued to discuss the situation in Ukraine in line with an understanding between the presidents of the two countries who spoke on the phone two days ago."On our part it was stressed that the main thing now is to guarantee full implementation of the February 21 agreement on a political settlement from which the Ukrainian opposition that actually seized power in Kyiv refrains refusing to lay down arms and continuing to stake on violence," the statement says.
