A 62-year-old man, identified as Alabi Ibraheem, has been accused of having sex with his 10-year-old stepdaughter in Abeokuta. Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer (PPR0), Muyiwa Adejobi, who confirmed incident, also described it as barbaric.
