A man identified as Chukwuma Iheme was on Wednesday charged before an Ogudu Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, for allegedly attempting to rape a church member. 25-yeaar-old Iheme and his victim are choristers of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Goshen Parish, Ogudu Lagos. The suspect with no fixed address who pleaded not guilty was arraigned on a three count-charge of assault, stealing and rape.
