President Goodluck Jonathan claimed today that Nigeria’s biggest challenge to good governance is not corruption, but the attitude of Nigerians. Jonathan submitted this theory today in Yenagoa during a flowery tribute that he paid his former national security adviser, General Andrew Owoye Azazi, at Azazi’s burial.
