Lifeguards at the beach rescued the woman, considered to be mentally disturbed, and her three children aged, 3, 9 and 10 from the ocean when they heard the children screaming from the back of the van.
A witness captured video of the harrowing rescue on his phone (which you will find bellow). Police said if they tried speaking with the woman, whose identity has not been released, she sounded incoherent and kept talking about demons chasing her. She's now undergoing a mental health evaluation while her kids are with family members.
