The spooky image shows a transparent figure wearing modern clothing gazing out on the Thames near Westminster Bridge in London.
Dailymail reports that professional photographer Jules Annan took the image on New Year's Eve - but only noticed the ghostly apparition when he got home.
Jules said:
'Nothing like it's ever happened if you ask me before. I can't explain it.
There was no body there when I took the photograph and it is not a double exposure or even a long exposure.
