Nollywood actress and producer, Queen Temitope Oluwa has has instituted a legal suit against Raymond Dokpesi owned Africa Independent Television, AIT, within the airing of one of her flicks, Atupa Emi.
The Saratu star filed a legal case with the aid of her attorney, M.A Bashua & Co. suing the television company to the tune of N5million.
When contacted, Queen said,
“I don't have much to talk about but I've instituted a legal case against AIT over an infringement on my rights as a resident and as the copyright owner of Atupa Emi, that is illegally been aired on the medium.” In a letter served the management of AIT, Queen is demanding the whopping amount of money as a fee for breaching of her intellectual property rights to the flick, Atupa Emi.Continue after the break to see copy of the letter.
