Statement of interim President of Egypt is expected before long
Interim President of Egypt Adly Mansur is expected to make a statement soon about the situation in the country, inter-Arab TV station Al Arabiya informs.

As reported, nearly 800 people were killed in the country as a result of three days’ clashes between demonstrators - supporters of deposed President Mohamed Morsi and the Egyptian security forces.
Friday, a representative of the "Muslim Brotherhood" movement, which opposes Morsi’s overthrow, addressed the protesters and suggested that after the evening prayer in memory of the deceased they should go home and then again take to the streets on Saturday.

According to him, the degree of anger of the population is so great that "rallies will continue every day".
According to mass media, the situation in the Egyptian capital and some other cities of the country remains extremely tense.
