Donetsk People's Republic brings criminal charges against Ukraine's National Guard, Right Sector

The Prosecutor’s Office of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) has opened a criminal case against unnamed militants of Ukraine’s National Guard and Right Sector, the DPR said on its Twitter micro blog on Tuesday.

The criminal charges have been brought in connection with the massive shelling of Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Donetsk, Mariupol and other cities and towns.
In addition, the DPR authorities suspect Ukrainian troops of using chemical weapons against civilians.
Half of the buildings in Slavyansk were destroyed as a result of Ukrainian air and artillery strikes. Most of the embattled town’s population of over 110,000 have fled, only around 6%, mostly elderly people, have stayed on.
