Putin and OSCE Chairperson discuss situation in Ukraine on Tuesday

Burkhalter also invited Poroshenko to attend an OSCE conference in Vienna on June 24. "The president of Ukraine instructed Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin to take part in the conference," the presidential press service said.
Poroshenko "noted the need for effective monitoring of the ceasefire" and suggested that inspectors from the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission be present at "each of more than 100 roadblocks", reports ITAR-TASS.
