Kiev court issues arrest warrants for leaders of Donetsk, Lugansk People’s Republics



Kiev's Shevchenkivsky District Court has issued arrest warrants for 11 leaders of the "Donetsk People's Republic" and "Lugansk People's Republic" at the request of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office, the office said on Monday.

Those to be arrested are the "Donetsk People's Republic's" Prime Minister Alexander Borodai, security service chief Alexander Khodakovsky, Deputy Prime Minister for Social Policy Alexander Kalyussky, Labor and Social Policy Minister Roman Lyagin, Information and Mass Communications Minister Alexander Khryakov, government property manager Boris Litvinov, and Economic Development Minister Vladimir Podgorny, and the "Lugansk People's Republic's" Defense Minister Igor Plotnitsky, Interior Minister Yury Ivakin, Central Election Commission chief Alexander Malikhin, and parliament chairman Alexei Karyakin
