On Sunday 9th February 2014, all Lagos stylistas and luxury loving
gentlemen converged at the launch of the Polo Avenue store. Jennifer
Obayuwana launches luxury store Polo Avenue…with D'banj by her
Side. Luxury retail store Polo Avenue could be the brainchild of Jennifer
Obayuwana and her father – luxury retail pioneer John, the store is the
first official retailer of Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Dolce & Gabbana
and Balenciaga in Nigeria.
We could not wait to get you all of the photos from the event. It was a red carpet lover's delight! While at the big event, we couldn't help but notice D'banj as he'd his eyes on Jennifer during the day. The superstar musician who dated Jennifer for quite a while until they split up in late 2013 and is now dating Nollywood superstar Genevieve Nnaji, had all the actions you would expect from the supportive partner including ensuring guests were comfortable, being by Jen's side all through the day, posing for photos etc…
