Comedians share the same personality with mentally disturbed people - Research claims

Some comedians won't like this as a fresh research claims comedians have the exact personalities with mad people or individuals with Mental problems.  Researchers from Oxford University and Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust say manic thinking helps join together ridiculous ideas that spark humour. The ability to make people laugh arises from a personality of the sort displayed by individuals with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Historically, the creativity of painters and playwrights has been connected to madness, however British experts are finding a link with comedians. The stand-ups of a contemporary era will probably have greater degrees of extraversion – an application of impulsiveness – yet be much more depressive and unsociable at the same time. Madcap antics may engage in a comedian's on-stage persona. But the madness may  not be just an act, say researchers.
