Around 11pm Saturday evening December 28th, three guys thought to be
members of Islamic militant Boko Haram invaded a bachelor celebration at
Tashan Alade community in Maiduguri and Launched fire on the
party-goers, eliminating seven of these people and hurting many others.
An eyewitness who survived the attack claimed the guys came in two motorcycles , joined the celebration like they were visitors and before
anyone knew what was happening , they presented their weapons and
started firing indiscriminately. They fled the scene after ensuring
many people were dead.
