About 200 people are reported to have been poisoned with unknown chemical agent in the western US city of Monrovia in California, a Voice of Russia correspondent reports on the ground. According to the latest media reports, the victims’ tally has surged from 150 up to 200 people. At least 45 of them were brought to hospital with signs of asphyxiation, bouts of asthma and pains in the chest.
