Based on new reports, Aero Companies, partly owned by the Ibru Family has changed their name to Nigerian Eagle, and will most likely
be the state national carrier. Thisday reports that the flight will
undoubtedly be unveiled this Sunday since the nation's national
company by Leader Goodluck Jonathan on his return from the UK.
"There
will not be Aero Companies anymore. It's now Nigerian Eagle and it will
undoubtedly be presented on Wednesday by Mr. President. You won't see
Aero anymore after the release of this airline. Sources told
Thisday on Thursday, The Federal Government possesses 60% share in the
airline.
