Health: Painkillers Can Kill Your L-îbîdo

The average Nigerian is a doctor, even if he never went beyond the elementary school. To get a free and unsolicited drug prescription, just complain of one ailment and the drug referrals begin to flow like a deluge.
People don’t just prescribe drugs or home remedies for others, they also “treat” themselves whenever what they consider manageable health issues crop up. Consequently, by the time many people finally think of seeking professional help, they are almost ready for the morgue.
Perhaps after sleeping pills, the next commonest drug of abuse is pain relief medication. People take over-the-counter-drugs for the relief of pain in various parts of the body and also for various health challenges. Many people are even unaware that certain pain medications are better suited for certain ailments and are therefore better prescribed by a competent professional, who will also monitor the effects, especially when such drugs are to be used for extended period, as in the treatment of chronic pain conditions like arthritis, cancer, etc.

In Nigeria, a confraternity is a group that is nominally university-based, though 'street and creek' confraternities began in the 1990s. The first confraternity, the Pyrates Confraternity was created as a social organization for promising students.

However, as new confraternities were formed, they became increasingly violent through the 1970s and 1980s. By the 1990s, many confraternities largely operated as criminal gangs, called "campus cults" in Nigeria. Besides normal criminal activity, confraternities have been linked to political violence, as well as the conflict in the Niger Delta.

 Interrogation transcript
"We invited you here for a routine formality that follows the detention by the Federal Security Service (FSB) of people who committed some crime. The case in point is that at 11:30 p.m., this man calling himself a U.S. diplomat phoned an employee and offered him to spy for the United States.
The employee is a trained staff officer engaged in counterterrorist activities in the North Caucasus. After the first call, he rejected the offer. But the man phoned again and insisted that they should meet. He offered him money – 100,000 euro – for espionage. At first, we didn’t believe that this thing could happen. You know well that the FSB is actively assisting in the investigation of the Boston bombings and providing other information that threatens U.S. national security.

The Reason Confidence Helps Your Er-éction

Proud of what you’re working with?
Your s-éx life may prosper because of it: Men who feel positive about their g-énitals have less issues with é-réctile difficulties.  If you’re feeling somewhat anxious about your g-énitals, it’s going to have an impact on your s-éx life.
And although the majority of men felt good about their packagé, roughly one-in-five men are dissatisfied with their sizé. Want to ease some of your anxiety? Cutting back on p-ôrn could be a step in the right direction.
“When watching p-ôrn, the type of (male) g-énitals men see are typically the same.” The packages are bigger, the men last longer, and then they come when they want to come, she says.
Simply put: comparing yourself to pô-rn will always leave you feeling shortchanged. Especially when the average p-énis falls between 5.1 to 5.8 inches long when e-réct.
And just a word to the wise, fellas: Wom-én get hung-up on similar aesthetic insecurities.

State of emergency : President Jonathan declares state of emergency in Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe

President Jonathan has declared an indefinite state of emergency in three Northern states, Adamawa, Borno and Yobe, citing insecurity. He made the announcement in a nationwide live broadcast this evening. With this declaration, the president has given the military the authority to take over the security of the states, though all political office holders in the states would still continue in office.

President Jonathan said the efforts at dialogue with militants will continue but will take extra ordinary measures to maintain peace. He immediately ordered troops to be deployed to the states to arrest and detain suspected terrorists, take over of suspicious buildings, and detain persons suspected to be in possession of arms. On terrorism, he said:
"We will hunt them down, fish them out and bring them to justice. No matter what it takes, we will win this war against terror"
This action is so long overdue. Just wondering why Nassarawa wasn't included.
